A client recently said that he was very down after his team lost in a soccer match against a team that they should have beaten. He was unusually down and couldn't understand why this was the case and at the time couldn't understand how he just couldn't just snap out of it. It was a Sunday and he left the bar after where he had watched it and returned home. His team hadn't played well and deserved to lose, but somehow he just couldn't snap out of his apparent depression. During the coaching session he then said that if they had played WELL and lost then he would have felt better about the result and the general situation.
